Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior Marketing & Brand Manager to join our growing team at a lively eatery located in Agoura Hills. This part-time, hybrid position allows for remote work, offering approximately 10 hours per week with a competitive compensation package ranging from \(3,000 to \)4,000 per month. As we expand our operations and prepare for a second location, your creativity will play a pivotal role in promoting our distinctive California-inspired cuisine through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and organize photoshoots to capture menu items and special events, ensuring the essence of our restaurant is showcased.
- Manage our social media presence across diverse platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and Yelp, by posting engaging content consistently and interacting with our audience.
- Design and implement weekly email newsletters to maintain brand consistency and communicate effectively with our patrons using Olo templates.
- Regularly update our dining and catering menus using Adobe Illustrator to reflect our brand’s aesthetic and quality.
- Maintain the website with current imagery and content on Squarespace, adapting quickly to any necessary updates.
- Collaborate with both in-house teams and third-party vendors to develop strategic marketing initiatives, participating in weekly marketing discussions.
- Create and revise promotional materials for in-store displays and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data using Olo and other sources to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Familiarize yourself with tools such as Later.com, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Support the coordination of outreach events targeting local businesses through marketing materials.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in photography and videography tailored for social media content creation.
- Strong graphic design capabilities using Adobe Illustrator to uphold brand standards.
- Familiarity with website management systems like Squarespace or a willingness to learn for basic updates.

Qualifications
